Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Our standard UK delivery takes 2-3 days and costs £4.95.

We'll send you and email to confirm once your order has been dispatched.

Unfortunately we aren't currently able to offer delivery outside the UK.

 

Returns

We hope that you're delighted with your Madison Avenue jewellery, if however you do need to return something to us because it's not suitable please send it back within 14 days of receiving it.

We recommend you use a tracked posting service as unfortunately we can't be liable for any items which are delayed or lost in the post.

Once we have received your returned item we aim to process refunds as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method and we will send you an email to confirm once the refund has been processed.

 

Faulty or incorrect items

We check all of our jewellery meets our high quality standards before it is sent out, however if an item you receive is incorrect or damaged please contact us to let us know within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange to replace or refund this.

 

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a ring for an alternative size please contact us to check that we have the stock and we arrange this before sending it back. Unfortunately we aren't able to exchange any other items.
